What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Every pin is inspected prior to shipping out, therefore there are no returns or exchanges. If anything happens to your package during shipment or it gets lost, please contact your local post office. This includes damaged packaging. We will not return, replace, or refund pins or prints. If you want to insure your package, please purchase carrier insurance.
All orders are FINAL, except in the case of a delayed preorder, then refund requests may be accepted, or exchanges due to the wrong pin being sent out (shipping error).
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We do! International orders will not come with tracking or insurance unless you purchase that separately. All EU orders are responsible for paying applicable VAT taxes and fees upon arrival. If a package is returned to me due to the fees not being paid, the order will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping and handling can take anywhere between 5-9 business days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Preorders/backordered items will be shipped once those items are in stock. These will have the ETA listed on the product page. Sometimes they can take 8-10 weeks to arrive to the shop, or longer if there is a quality issue and they need to be remade. If you purchase in stock items with a preorder, those items will be held until the preordered item is in stock. To avoid the wait, please purchase the items separately.
I reserve the right to cancel any orders who do not read the ETA stated in the listing or for other reasons at my discretion.
What is the grading scale?
Standard Grade: Meant to be worn! Free of major defects but *may* exhibit minor imperfections. Standard orders may be filled as collector's grade, but are not guaranteed as such. Standard grade pins are held at arms length and inspected for flaws that are noticeable at a glance.
B Grade: For budget collectors. Multiple or major defects of the types such as peeling enamel, large areas of missing enamel, large amounts of scuffs, or other unexpected problems.
Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?
If you place multiple orders within a short period of time and would like to combine the orders into one, you would need to contact me with the order numbers for every order and I will refund you some of your shipping. If you do not contact me, items will be shipped separately.
I placed an order for a pre-order and an in-stock item, when will they ship?
All items will be together, so if you place an order for a pre-order item your order will be on hold until I have all items in hand. The only exception to this is if you order apparel with a pre-order item.
Insurance is optional and may be purchased for $1. This covers your purchase in the event it is lost or damaged by USPS. It does NOT cover misdelivery unfortunately. If your item is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please wait for the next business day as sometimes they are marked as delivered a day early. If it has still not arrived, please contact your local post master/carrier to open an investigation

policies for trading/reselling:
please do not purchase my pins with the intention of immediately trading and reselling. If I see you trade/sell the pins within the first 30 days of release, I will block you from placing future orders. Please also do not use preorders for trade bait. As I release more LE stuff, I’d rather people who want to give these pins a home get the opportunity to purchase and not scalpers.
that said, if you want to sell them down the line as you need to destash/funds for bills etc that is completely fine. All I ask is that people do not buy my pins with the intent of immediately making a profit.
